This project included a complete transformation to a classic 1980’s double-brick home. The extension featured a modern, open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, master bedroom and ensuite, and renovations to existing bathroom and laundry. The kitchen was smartly finished with 2-pac cabinetry, stone bench tops and the latest in Smeg appliances. The finishes in this home are complemented by a traditional jarrah flooring throughout. The outside included a unique floating alfresco verandah with travertine stone floor. This adjoins the landscaped gardens and overlooks the West Lakes Golf Course. A true family entertainer.
