This architecturally designed, custom built new home located in one of Adelaide’s prime inner-city suburbs comprises a single dwelling of approximately 300sqm living space.
The home incorporates a number of new and innovative building products, together with cutting edge architectural design elements.
One of the key design elements was the featured curves throughout the home. This was element was captured by a round window in the entrance door, curved brick walls, the curved ensuite shower cove, curved joinery, large round posts to the deck, and a feature round window to the cladded decking wall, also being a main feature of the master bedroom.
Exposed natural timber ceiling beams and feature ceiling cladding stand out and complement the soft natural textures throughout the home.
Terrazzo flooring to the bathroom and laundry creates an engaging perspective against the bespoke small format feature tiles.
The expansive kitchen joinery in veneer lignapal oak is complemented by Dekton benchtops and finished with high-end appliances and tapware. Dekton bencthops also add luxury to the bathroom, ensuite, cocktail station and laundry.
