WINNER 2022 HIA-CSR South Australia | Best Small Commercial Project (up to $2m)
This modern office fit-out for Inventure Partners in Unley was awarded best small commercial project at the 2022 HIA-CSR South Australian Awards. What was once a warehouse, is now 380sqm of usable corporate space, consisting of 5 private glass-fronted offices, 3 board rooms, spacious open-plan work-area, and staff kitchen, dining and lounge. In keeping with the warehouse theme, original features were maintained yet rejuvenated to provide an industrial theme to a modern office workplace.
The foyer is generous in size and includes the most iconic office statement piece – a curved reception desk, hand crafted by the GAP Joinery team using Polytec Steccawood, and Dekton ‘Laurent’ by Consentino Australia as the desktop.
The construction of this entire space highlights the diversity of skills the team at BTF Constructions offers as part of our building services. It was a credit to all the trades and suppliers involved in delivering this refreshed new space in just under 16 weeks.
