BTF Constructions are a professional and highly reliable builder.  Brett and Elyse take great pride in their work, and they have done an excellent job on our house build.  The BTF design met our requirement of a rebuild that was consistent with the original beachside bungalow and the restrictive planning laws that applied to our site – they nailed it!
