This 432sqm custom new home was constructed in 2018. The design brief was to create a Hampton’s style home internally and externally. The coastal theme is consistent throughout, featuring exposed roof trusses, linear wall cladding, colonial style cabinetry and a maritime colour palate. The sizeable home consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 lounges, study and 2.5 bathrooms, split over two levels. The open plan layout overlooks the rear landscaped gardens and 7 x 4m pool.
