BTF Constructions’ Parkside Project was recognised as the 2018 HIA-SA Renovation / Addition Project of the Year. The project encompassed a 115sqm extension to the rear of a c1910 villa. The home effectively delivered against the client brief, bringing together a number of elements and building features to deliver a standout functional and practical home. The project features a state-of-the art kitchen including 2-pac cabinetry, marble benchtop and splashback, VZUG ovens and other elite appliances. The use of expansive glass windows and doors provides a great sense of openness and provides the ideal outlook to the landscaped garden. American Oak was used as the chosen timber for the herringbone flooring and joinery in the entertainment and kitchen cabinetry.
“A model of architectural integrity, this addition/renovation is a great example of both high quality design and value for money.”
“A beautifully executed build, where BTF Constructions worked side by side with the Architect to deliver excellence in construction at all levels. The contract also included supervision of the clients trades to achieve the finely detailed and refined design. While working with both a large extension and reconfiguration of existing spaces, the Builder was able to solve structural issues and achieve a refined and beautifully finished project both inside and out.”
